How to Measure
Use a measuring tape.
BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. The tape should fit comfortably without being too tight.
HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm (8 inches) below your waist.
