Can I return an item?
Yes. Non-sale items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Can sale items or items purchased with a discount code be returned?
No, they are considered final sale, except for your first order:
If this is your first purchase with us, you may request a full refund, provided all return conditions are met.
How do I initiate a return?

For returns within Switzerland: we will email you a free return label. Simply drop off your parcel at your local post office.

For international returns: return shipping costs are at your expense. We will provide the return address by email.
Which courier should I use to return my parcel?
You are free to choose the courier service you prefer.
We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option and keeping your tracking number for reference.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We kindly ask you to return your item for a refund and place a new order if needed.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
